Winter Special: Inn Only $1,500 per night January 2025 through May 15th 2025
Inn Only: $1,700 per night / $11,000 weekly rate (minimum 2 night stay)
Inn + Cottage: $2,000 per night. $13,000 weekly rate (7 nights)
$350 cleaning fee waived if reservations are 7 nights or longer
5% Trinity County Occupancy tax added to all rates
For groups larger than 40 and events - additional charges apply

Policies
Check In: 4pm - 6pm. If you plan to arrive later, please make arrangement in advance.
Check Out: 11am
Pets: Guests may bring horses and other pack animals. The barn, corrals, and pasture are available, but feed is not provided. Guests are expected to care for and clean up after their animals. No dogs or other pets are permitted.
Smoking: No smoking with the exception of the outside verandas, lawn and pool areas.
